Lambeth Conference (postponed till 2021)
We are proud to be the preferred event management team for the Lambeth Conference in 2020. A hugely significant event in the Anglican Church this once in a decade conference, brings together bishops and their spouses from around the world at the invitation of The Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby. Essential Event Management are responsible for ticketing and delegate registration, health and safety and exhibition management.
We are responsible for the event management of Spring Harvest, an event spanning three separate sites simultaneously with over 14,000 guests annually. Essential Event Management are responsible for Health & Safety, venue management, event logistics, recording and duplication, volunteer recruitment, exhibition management and much more.
Care for the Family
Working on over 20 separate events during the year, many of which are multiple-date tours across the UK, EEM provides full AV, sound and lighting services to support Care for the Family at their own venue as well as at numerous venues, hotels and churches around the country.
