Luke has been involved in event delivery for 10 years. He specialises in logistical planning and Health and Safety.


Chris Jackson

Project  Co-ordinator

Chris has 13 years of experience at Essential Christian. His key roles are to manage our warehouse and oversee all duplication projects, whether on site or in the office.

Olly Allison

Olly works on the technical and logistical aspects of events boasting over four years of experience of event planning and management.

Sim Nolloth

Sim specialises in technical and creative aspects of events, this includes the recording, duplication and audio visual elements.

Nikki Green

Project Co-ordinator

Nikki has been responsible for volunteer recruitment including referencing and DBS checks for over 8 years. As of 2016 Nikki has also undertaken responsibility for exhibition management.

Michelle Jones

Project  Co-ordinator

Michelle joined the team in 2017 to provide administrative support. She primarily focuses her skills in bringing together ticketing elements and reporting for clients.

Sarah has been with EEM from the very beginning. Sarah is a key part of the team, doing venue research and liasing with clients as well as hundreds of other things.
